The England players would hae had their passports stamped at Mumbai airport a week ago but they are giving very few other indicators of having arrived in India. Cricket is played very differently in our part of the world.

The trio instead took a flight to Nagpur, from where they taken Bhandara by helicopter, to take a part in a local Twnenty20 cricket tournament being organized by civil aviatation minister Praful Patel in memory of his father Manoharbhai Patel.

Yuvraj Singh was also to accompany the trio but the back problem forced him to give the programme a miss and instead the came straight to Indore and gave his back a much-needed rest.
